General
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Cherry Hill and work throughout Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties every week. We travel up to about 90 miles for larger jobs, and a travel fee may apply further out.
How fast can I get a quote?
Use the quote tool on this site. Tell us what you need cleaned, the rough size and add photos. We send your estimate by text, usually within minutes during the day.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Estimates are always free.
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses force and suits concrete, stone and brick. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution and low pressure and suits siding, wood and other surfaces that pressure could damage.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not. We need access to an outdoor water spigot and the areas being cleaned.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, cash, check, Apple Pay and Venmo.
Do you work for businesses?
Yes. Storefronts, restaurants, offices, landlords and property managers, with recurring schedules available.
Exterior Cleaning
Will soft washing damage my siding or plants?
Soft washing uses low pressure, so it does not force water behind siding or strip paint the way a high-pressure blast can. We rinse plants and beds before and after washing.
Will roof washing damage my shingles?
Soft washing is low pressure by design. It is high-pressure washing that damages shingles, and we do not use it on roofs.
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing cleans with the force of the water and suits hard surfaces. Soft washing cleans with a solution and a low-pressure rinse and suits siding, wood and anything that pressure could damage.
How do I measure my driveway?
Multiply the length by the width in feet. Our quote tool does the math for you, and you can also pick a preset such as a two-car driveway.
Will washing pull the sand out of my pavers?
Some surface sand always moves. We use a controlled pass that cleans the face of the paver without digging out the joints.
Is it safe for composite decking?
Yes. Composite is cleaned at low pressure with a cleaner made for it.
Can you clean my neighbor's side too?
Only with access and their permission. Tell us in the quote request and we will price both sides.
Do you clean inside and outside?
Both are available. Choose exterior only or interior and exterior when you build your quote.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Twice a year suits most homes. Homes under heavy tree cover may need a third visit.
When should I schedule it?
The day your bins are emptied is best. Tell us your collection day in the quote request.
Can you clean just the shed?
Yes, though it costs less per building when it is added to a house or fence wash.
Do you build new decks?
No. We repair and maintain existing decks.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. Early morning and off-hours work is available so customers and staff are not affected.
Is there a contract?
Plans are flexible. Tell us what you want covered and we will explain the terms before anything starts.
Seasonal & Lighting
When should I book?
As early as you can. Installation dates in November go first.
What is the difference between holiday and permanent lighting?
Holiday lighting is installed for the season and removed afterwards. Permanent lighting stays up all year and changes color on demand.
How do I get on the winter list?
Request a quote now. We confirm routes before the first storm.
When is the best time?
Late October through early December. Many properties need two visits.
What is included?
Whatever you choose. Tick every service you want in the quote tool and we will price it as one visit.
Junk Removal
Do I need to bring it outside?
No. We carry items out from inside the home.
Does the appliance need to be disconnected?
Please have it unplugged and disconnected from water or gas before we arrive.
Do I need to sort things first?
Set aside what you are keeping. We take the rest.
Do you cut trees down?
No. We remove debris that is already on the ground.
One call covers the whole exterior.
Washing, windows, gutters, junk removal, lighting and snow.
