House Soft Washing done properly

Soft washing does the work with a cleaning solution and a gentle rinse. The solution breaks down the algae and mildew, and low pressure carries it away. It is the right method for vinyl, painted wood, stucco, brick and fiber-cement siding.

Will soft washing damage my siding or plants?
Soft washing uses low pressure, so it does not force water behind siding or strip paint the way a high-pressure blast can. We rinse plants and beds before and after washing.
How often should a house be washed?
Most homes are washed once a year. Shaded homes and homes near trees or water grow algae faster and may need it sooner.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to an outdoor water spigot and closed windows. We will text you before we arrive and when we finish.
